We finished post-production!
Scout
August was an exciting month for Scout! We finished Post Production in New York City with the help of Associate Producer & Post Production Supervisor Michael Quinn Martin, Visual Effects Supervisor Dimitri Loginowski of Handsome LLC, Supervising Sound Editor/Re-Recording Mixer Matthew Polis of SoundSpace NYC, Colorist Scot Olive and the fantastic team (Margaret, Michelle, Tim, Claire, and everyone) at Goldcrest Post - New York.
Our beautiful lead actress India Ennenga was able to stop by Goldcrest during color timing during a brief hiatus from the new Carlton Cuse TV series The Returned (shooting in Vancouver), in which she has a lead role.
The music score by John Dragonetti (from “The Submarines”) turned out great, and Music Supervisor Cathi Black found us two dozen cool indie songs, including music by Lauren Mann and the Fairly Odd Folk, Vibrolux, Noah Gundersen, Josh Ritter, The Heligoats, OK Sweetheart, and Bright Eyes. This kept our versatile Emmy award winning Music Editor Jerry Pilato quite busy.
The movie looks and sounds amazing, and we can’t wait for everyone to see it!
